Final remarks from Conference Chairman Michael Goldsworthy have officially brought the 9th Australasian Better Boards Conference to a close.

A very big thank you to everyone involved in the Conference: Our speakers, sponsors and delegates. We’re looking forward to seeing many of you again in 2016.

Thank you Darren Isenberg for beautifully summarising the key ideas, outcomes and insights we’ve uncovered across the three days of the Conference. It’s always fantastic to have the opportunity to review and digest new ideas and work through what we’ve learnt with colleagues and new contacts.

Time for some closing thoughts from our Conference MC Darren Isenberg

We collected some comments from the floor in our Blue Skies session on Twitter:

After a speed stand-up networking break our next session is our Interactive Blue-Sky Thinking Session, facilitated by Michael Goldsworthy and Patrick Herd.

Gavin has been joined on the stage by Gavin Poole and Janette Randall

Some fascinating insights coming out of Gavin’s presentation:

First up our opening plenary speaker is Gavin Nicholson from QUT Business School’s Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies (ACPNS) on director decision-making.
