The Board’s & Chief Executive Officer’s Governance Roles & Responsibilities, Realities & Practicalities Of Strategically Transforming Their Organisation with Michael Goldsworthy.

For boards, chief executive officers and executives of community businesses (NFPs) the move to the customer-driven, competitive marketplace is a radical departure from their known industry/sector context, to which they and their organisations were perfectly adapted.

Planning and executing a strategic transition of one’s organisation, a re-engineering of the business model and a reinvention of the culture is a very significant and complex project that many leaders have never undertaken, but need to undertake.
Coming to grips with the realities and practicalities of such a project can be daunting, to say the least.

Join Michael Goldsworthy, Principal Consultant, Australian Strategic Services for an engaging, intensely practical and interactive Master Class focused on The Boards’ & Chief Executive Officers’ Governance Roles & Responsibilities, Realities & Practicalities Of Strategically Transforming Their Organisation.

In Michael’s Masterclass you will:

  • consider the strategic and organisational impacts and implications, opportunities and ideas of the new customer-driven, competitive marketplace
  • understand the board’s, chief executive officer’s and executives’ leadership roles and responsibilities
  • reflect on the typical strategic transformation project principles and practices, processes, documents and tools
  • hear about other specific strategic transformational case studies, their project critical success factors, learnings and reflections
  • determine the key drivers, parameters and processes required to design, plan and successfully executive your own strategic organisational transformation project
  • review strategic transformation project documents, tools and templates.
