When is the conference?
Friday 20 August from 9am to 4pm AEST.
What format will the conference be in?
The conference will be a hybrid event with presentations from speakers in-person at the broadcast studio and via video link.
Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be broadcast from the Cargo Hall, 39 South Wharf Promenade, South Wharf , Melbourne.
The conference will also be broadcast ONLINE so it is available for ALL registered delegates to view.
Can I attend in-person?
Registered delegates can purchase an in-person audience ticket (Studio ticket) as an ADD-ON to their online registration.
What is a Studio Ticket?
A Studio Ticket allows a delegate to attend the conference in-person at the Cargo Hall, South Wharf, Melbourne.
A Studio Ticket can only be purchased as an ADD-ON to an online Registration.
What is an online Registration?
This ticket allows delegates to attend the online conference broadcast. ALL registered delegates will have this ticket.
Can I purchase a Studio Ticket only?
No. To guarantee delivery of the conference presentations, ALL Studio Ticket holders must also have an online Registration.
Can I purchase an online Registration only?
Yes. You do not have to travel to the broadcast venue, you can view the conference online at a location of your choice.
Is a Studio Ticket refundable if the in-person audience is cancelled?
If the broadcast venue IS PREVENTED from having an in-person audience: YES the Studio Ticket will be fully refunded.
If YOU CANNOT MAKE IT to the broadcast venue (for any reason) AND the venue CAN proceed with an audience: No the Studio ticket is not refundable. You may be able to send a substitute - see standard delegate terms and conditions.
If YOU DECIDE NOT TO attend the in-person audience, you may be able to send a substitute OR standard cancellation terms apply (ie is subject to the cancellation administration fee, or is non-refundable after the cancellation date has past. See full terms and conditions for details).
Is the ONLINE Registration refundable if the in-person audience is cancelled?
No. The conference proceedings will still be broadcast online to all registered delegates.
Will I be able to still see the Conference if I can’t tune in to the broadcast on the 20th August?
Yes. The conference proceedings will be made available for online until 20 September for all registered delegates.
What happens if the in-person audience size is reduced due to Government regulations?
In-person Studio Tickets will be allocated in the order they were received.
If the capacity is required to be reduced, any Studio Tickets that have been sold above that number, will be cancelled and refunded.
How many in-person Studio Tickets are there?
This number will be published on the conference website. The number available will depend on the current Covid-safe capacity at the venue, and may be adjusted accordingly.
My Studio Ticket has been cancelled and refunded, can I still see the conference?
Yes, you will still be able to attend the ONLINE conference broadcast. You will not be able to attend in-person.
Will the presentations and slides be available after the conference?
Yes, all conference presentations and slides (if used) will be made available to registered delegates for a limited time after the conference.
