Governance and leadership discussions at the Better Boards Conference

Governance and Leadership Event for Leaders of Not-for-profit Organisations

The Better Boards Conference 2022 will provide a day for leaders of NFP organisations to reflect on the vital governance and leadership lessons you have learned, and provide a forum to raise and discuss pressing issues that may have received less attention during or emerged from the extreme conditions of the pandemic response. What governance and leadership lessons can we take from this collective experience? What pressing issues have been missed, pushed aside or have emerged from the pandemic response? How can we rebuild/strengthen our organisations?
