Getting the right people on board is just the beginning, how do you properly induct and support each new director to embrace the culture of the organisation?
How best does a new director ensure they ‘fit in’ but also bring challenge and freshness with their appointment? What if a new director fails to grow into the role, how quickly should you intervene?
Hear thoughts on this and more in Beth’s facilitated discussion covering challenges, realities and solutions in recruitment, induction, dynamics and board reviews.
Following Mark’s thoughts on making your board an engaging and transformative experience, Beth McConnell will chair a live panel for a facilitated discussion on the realities of finding, keeping and managing board relations between the members of your board.
