It is more vital and pressing than ever to spring clean (Kondo) your organisation. Organisations are facing multiple head winds such as COVID, declining profitability, staffing and client challenges. A clean, tidy and happy organisation has a better chance of thriving.

Drawing inspiration from Marie Kondo and her tidying methods, we will explore:

  • • Reviewing and exiting businesses that no longer contribute to your organisation’s purpose

  • • Refreshing your organisation’s board membership, membership classes and member meetings

  • • Tidying your organisation’s trusts, funds and subsidiaries.
